The ALSTOM DX21-M2 digital excitation controller adopts a dual-microcomputer redundancy design (such as dual CPU hot standby), integrating analog signal digital sampling, CPU control calculation, digital phase-shift triggering, and industrial control computer interface. It supports AC sampling technology to achieve high-precision voltage/current signal acquisition and dynamic adjustment. It has built-in overexcitation limit, underexcitation limit, strong excitation inverse time limit, V/F limit, stator overvoltage protection, etc. It achieves rapid demagnetization through nonlinear resistors (such as ZnO) to ensure the safety of generator and excitation system.
