The IS420PUAAH1A, a core component of the GE Mark VIe control system, is part of the IS420 series of universal I/O modules, designed for industrial automation, process control, and energy management. It provides multi-channel input/output capabilities, supporting analog (such as 4-20mA current and voltage), digital, thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), pulse accumulators, and other signal types. It is compatible with ControlST V7.02.00C and above. With measurement accuracy better than 0.1%, a 5ms scan time, and a 10ms frame rate, it supports real-time control and monitoring. It includes 16 simplex analog channels, each independently configurable as thermocouple input/output, RTD input/output, voltage input, 4-20mA current input, 0-20mA current output, digital input/output, or pulse accumulator. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C (-50°C to 100°C for the extended version), a non-condensing humidity range of 5%-95%, and strong anti-interference capabilities, it’s suitable for harsh industrial environments. Hot-swappable replacement reduces system downtime, and its modular design facilitates channel-by-channel debugging and expansion.
