The EPSCPE100-ABAF – RSTi-EP standalone controller from GE supports distributed I/O expansion and can operate collaboratively with or independently of the RX3i large controller. It is compatible with the PACSystems unified runtime and toolchain. It features four 10/100M Ethernet ports (LAN1 dedicated high-speed Ethernet, LAN2 supports 3-port switching configuration as a PROFINET controller or Ethernet controller), supporting protocols such as SRTP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, and DNP3, and is compatible with PROFINET real-time Ethernet. A single controller can handle 2048 I/O points, and through distributed I/O modules (such as EPXPNS001), it supports 64 modules/1024 bytes of expansion, adapting to scenarios such as belt conveyors and pump stations. It supports the IEC 61131-3 standard (ladder diagram, structured text, function block diagram) and C language programming, and is compatible with the PACSystems RX3i application library and templates, reducing development costs.
