The first component, the rotor-side inverter, controls the bidirectional flow of rotor energy in a doubly-fed wind turbine generator (DFIG) or converts power on the generator side of a full-power converter. The second component, the PCD I01-01 3BHE031197R0001 IGCT/IGBT power module, serves as the core switching device for medium-voltage applications, balancing high voltage withstand with low conduction losses. The third component, the power distribution and protection system, implements circuit on/off control, supports rapid disconnection in response to faults such as overcurrent and short circuits, dissipates excess energy in the event of generator overspeed or grid faults, and protects equipment.
