The T8431 ICS TRIPLEX Trusted TMR 24Vdc analog input module has 40 channels, supporting dual-mode input of current (0-22mA) and voltage (0-6Vdc), with a resolution of 3.9μA (1/256mA), a safety accuracy of ±1% (full scale), a calibration accuracy of 0.03%, and a system power supply voltage range of 20-32Vdc. It employs a Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture combined with hardware fault tolerance (HIFT) technology to achieve parallel operation and fault isolation of the three modes. It complies with IEC 61508 SIL 3 certification and TÜV standards, with inter-channel crosstalk suppression of -40 to -60dB, a field common isolation withstand voltage of 250Vdc, a maximum withstand voltage of 2.5kVdc, and supports external fuses and intrinsically safe barriers; it has no built-in fuse design.
