Wide-range input conversion
Supports 88~132VAC / 100~150VDC universal AC/DC input, converting the on-site 110V AC / 125V DC control power supply into three isolated regulated DC outputs to power all boards in the MicroNet Plus control system:
Main 5V (maximum 32A): CPU, communication card, digital IO, encoder board core logic power supply
24VDC (maximum 12A): Analog 4-20mA circuit, relay output, external sensor power supply
5V pre-charge (3A): Supports hot-swappable IO module buffer power supply to prevent damage to boards from sudden impact during insertion and removal
The unit features a 2-slot plug-in design, directly inserting into the system chassis and providing unified power to the rack backplane, eliminating the need for external distributed power supplies.
Redundant Parallel Current Sharing Function (Key to Unit Safety)
Supports dual-power supply hot-redundant parallel connection with a built-in automatic current sharing circuit. The two power supplies evenly distribute the load across the entire unit, reducing heat generation and extending lifespan.
In the event of a single power supply failure, power outage, or damage, the other power supply instantly takes over the entire load without interruption or disruption to the control system, meeting the uninterrupted control requirements of the turbine and generator set.
Supports online hot-swapping: Faulty power supplies can be directly plugged in and replaced without shutting down the unit, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
Multiple Hardware Protection Functions
Built-in full-condition fault protection, immediately cutting off output and latching faults upon detection of abnormalities:
Overvoltage protection: Shuts down when output voltage exceeds the limit.
Overcurrent/Short Circuit Protection: Quickly limits current in case of backplane or card short circuits to prevent burnout of the entire unit.
Over-temperature protection: Automatically reduces power or shuts down when internal temperature is too high.
Input Power Loss/Phase Loss Alarm: Provides early warning of external power supply abnormalities.
Fault Status Monitoring and Alarm Upload
Four independent LED indicators on the panel intuitively display real-time status:
OK: Power supply is operating normally.
Input Fault: Input power abnormality.
Overtemperature: Overheating fault.
Power Supply Fault: Internal output fault.
Internal hard-wiring fault signals are connected to the CPU controller, which can display power fault alarms on the host computer and HMI screen, record fault codes, and facilitate maintenance troubleshooting.

Built-in EMC electromagnetic filtering and isolation circuits resist interference from power plants, oil and gas field inverters, motors, and high-voltage equipment, ensuring a clean and noise-free control power supply.
