The IS215WETAH series modules are designed for remote I/O expansion cabinets located near the gas or steam turbine. Available in variants such as IS215WETAH1C, IS215WETAH1CA, and IS215WETAH1B, these modules support TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) architecture and serve as critical components for local signal acquisition, pre-processing, real-time communication, and local hardware-based trip protection. Equipped with dual 10/100M deterministic Ethernet ports, they act as a real-time data bridge between the rack and the Mark VIe main controller. They continuously perform self-diagnostics on module power, the backplane bus, communication links, signal channels, and internal board temperature, while uploading fault codes to the Mark VIe controller and HMI screens to facilitate the troubleshooting and identification of specific measurement points or card faults.
