Product Description
IS200WNPSH1A is used as a servo control package. This component is manufactured by GE for its Mark VI or Mark VIe system. Both systems are used to control steam and gas turbine systems.
IS200WNPSH1A provides an electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and the TSVO servo terminal board. IS200WNPSH1A uses the WSVO servo driver module to handle two servo valve position loops. PSVO has a front panel with multiple LED indicator lights. This includes four LEDs to indicate the status of two Ethernet networks (ENet1/Enet2), as well as one power and Attn LED, and two other LEDs labeled ENA1/2. Positioning: This servo main control board, equipped with a power supply and signal conditioning daughter card, is installed on the back of the SVO servo main card. It specifically handles power supply and signal protection for electro-hydraulic servo valve drives and LVDT valve position feedback loops. It serves as the underlying signal board for servo control of fuel valves, main steam valves, and IGV guide vanes.

Integrated EMI filtering and transient suppression devices filter interference from high-power contactors and inverters in the cabinet, preventing servo valve jitter and valve position feedback jumps.
Speed/Flame Detector Signal Conditioning
Compatible with MPU magnetoresistive speed probes and UV flame detector signal preprocessing, buffering weak pulse signals before sending them to the servo master card for overspeed and flameout logic judgment.
Backplane Bus Signal Conversion

2. Typical Fault Points
Short circuit in a certain servo circuit → corresponding channel fast fuse blows, valve malfunction, no valve position feedback on the screen;
Aging and breakdown of the varistor, ±28V power supply pulls low, all servo valves jitter;
Oxidation and poor contact of the 48-pin connector on the backplane, loss of LVDT excitation, valve position feedback jumps;
Capacitor bulging and leakage, excessive output ripple, unit speed fluctuations.
3. Replacement Precautions
The entire SVO master card must be disconnected from the power supply before removing the WNPSH daughterboard on the back.
After replacement, verify the specifications of the 16-channel fuses, short-circuit test the servo circuit to ensure there is no short circuit, then power on.
No need to reinstall the logic; simply perform LVDT valve position zero-point calibration on-site.
