Product Description
IS220PSVOH1B is used as a servo control package. This component is manufactured by GE for its Mark VI or Mark VIe system. Both systems are used to control steam and gas turbine systems.
IS220PSVOH1B provides an electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and the TSVO servo terminal board. IS220PSVOH1B uses the WSVO servo driver module to handle two servo valve position loops. PSVO has a front panel with multiple LED indicator lights. This includes four LEDs to indicate the status of two Ethernet networks (ENet1/Enet2), as well as one power and Attn LED, and two other LEDs labeled ENA1/2. LVDT Position Feedback Acquisition
Integrates eight LVDT linear displacement sensor inputs with a built-in 14-bit ADC analog-to-digital converter, providing actual valve position feedback for the servo loop. It performs local PID closed-loop calculations, reducing the controller network load and improving response speed.
Speed Pulse Acquisition
Two pulse rate inputs acquire unit speed probe signals for valve position and speed linkage adjustment.
Dual Redundant IONet Industrial Ethernet Communication
Dual RJ45 10/100BASE-T Ethernet ports for Mark VIe redundant I/O Ethernet connection, enabling real-time interaction with the controller for setpoints, alarms, and trend data. Supports single/dual/triple redundancy rack configurations.
Full-Channel Self-Diagnosis
Front panel LED indicators (power, fault, dual network port status), onboard temperature sensor; real-time detection of coil open/short circuits, signal over-range, and LVDT disconnection; fault information is uploaded to the control system alarm; supports infrared local debugging port.

Valve position oscillation: Verify LVDT calibration parameters, servo output current range matching valve model, and check the WSVO driver board.
